Summary
On November 14, every stakeholder group meets in one room in Kerala: the convergence. Three months of documented conversation get worked into buildable proposals: which ideas advance, which prototypes get teams, and what the handover will carry. This page becomes the convergence's permanent record: the working sessions, the decisions, and the build list that comes out of them.
