Talking about broken systems is easy. Building alternatives is harder. This is where solutions developed during the initiative are documented in public: problem, hypothesis, build, evidence and results. The first real prototypes are selected at the November convergence; the worked example below (marked as illustrative) shows the documentation each one will carry.
Employers say they trust evidence of real work over marks, but few institutions offer students a structured way to produce and certify that evidence.
HypothesisIf a cohort maintains an evidenced portfolio against a published capability rubric for one term, external reviewers will rate it a stronger hiring signal than the same cohort's marksheets.
Prototypes grow out of the idea pipeline after the November convergence, and any team can propose one.
